Skyline 609 is a raw venue space, only. Food, beverage service, parking, furniture (other than what is pictured in our photos), and other services must be contracted and brought in.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPTIONS

Alcohol may only be served by licensed caterers, or through the use of a one-day ABCA license. Non-professional or self-catering is not allowed. Food and beverages may not be sold on-site.

Clients may bring other professional caterers with approval. When selecting a caterer, we recommend sharing information about our limited catering and food prep spaces, available here.

For full-service catering, our preferred caterer is Well Dunn for luncheons, cocktail events, and full sit-down meals. Their attentive staff have extensive knowledge of the building and our unique space.

Founding Farmers is renowned for their farm-to-table fare. Drop-off and full-service catering options available.

Cocktails by CF serves creative custom cocktails and classic favorites.

For smaller events, we recommend the following vendors for sandwich platters, lunch buffets, continental breakfasts, and coffee service.

PARKING & VALET

GETTING TO SKYLINE 609

If you drive, paid parking is available for $18/day in the garage at 625 H Street NE. You may use a credit card to pay upon entry, then exit the public stairwell to the street, turn left and walk past the Starbucks to the lobby entrance of 609 H St NE.

If you prefer public transit, take Metro’s Red Line to Union Station, walk through the parking garage to exit the rear of the station and then either walk or take the free Streetcar six blocks to the lobby entrance of 609 H Street NE. The X2 Metrobus also drops off in front of the building.

At the building, enter the front revolving door and check in with security. You will be directed to the far left elevator to the 6th floor. Skyline 609 and our restrooms are are on the left when you leave the elevator.

Located next door, the Anthology Garage (625 H ST NE) may be contracted to stay open for late events. Exit passes may be pre-purchased.

Professional and reliable valet service. Because the bus stop and streetcar tracks are located in front of the building’s entrance, guests may be asked to arrive at an alternative location an the block.
